Very big dilemna, highly unlikely it will be solved. You think you can solve it?

I am seriously going crazy right now because of this. Are you ready? Ok lets go. . .

I am involved in a off campus fraternity that hazes pledges. We are considered the sickest fraternity and have the most hardcore hazing program in this school. But through it all, I became closer with the my pledge brothers and crossed over my freshman year and have been boys with all the brothers. So my first one and a half years I have been partying and it has possibly been the most fun years of my life. Until I had a reality check that made me realize I have to start growing up and do good in school (cliche right?). Anyways, my sophomore year I got a letter from School Judiciary System that lead me to doing community service hours and putting me on probation for finding out that I was in this illegalized fraternity, I thought nothing of it. I finished my hours and moved on.
My summer prior to Junior year I had a “awakening” that made me realize I had to grow up and do good in school. I made a oath to my parents and myself that I would start focusing on school and stay away from the frat, so I signed up to move nearby campus away from the house have a goal of getting A’s/B’s in all my classes which I have been. I still make some sort of appearance at the house when it matters (Brother events/Pledge events). That’s it. Recently, the School Judiciary system sent me another letter this year and I met with them again a week ago. I had some idea why I got this (pledges got in trouble with the law a week ago and they probably pulled my name out of the past school record). They smacked me with 3 charges against me: breaking my probation, being in illegalized frat, and hazing (all related). The likely sentence? Suspension from school. I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT. They said they have 4 witness statements stating that I am still “affiliated with the frat. ” I have NO idea how this happened cause I barely go out, I was so shocked when I heard of this.
Now, they gave me two choices: Give out all the names thats involved in the frat OR take the suspension and all my classes I’ve been doing good in is considered resigned.
SO should I abandon the only people I have been with in college and stay in this school (they will know it was me that ratted them out) or get suspended?
