Can I get a Stafford loan for online grad work? For a foreign school if it has a code recognized by FAFSA?

I am looking at a really respected divinity school affiliated with the University of Melbourne. The university itself has a school code recognized by FAFSA, but being a foreign school, does not have American accreditation. It now offers a master’s degree program online. I read somewhere that most online programs do not qualify for Stafford loans anyway.

The reason I need this particular program is that I am raising a child and MUST continue to work full time, so online is really my only practical option. Neither is what I want or need. This is a respected school, and a degree from it will help me get into a doctoral program eventually, which is my goal. Does anyone have any ideas how I can finance this? I’d be so grateful for any advice!
