I worked in a web development company that built the use of Web sites, Internet Marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, e-commerce, mailing lists, etc..) Now, after my contract / no competition, she says unable to work for a company to do the same or something similar. And somehow you google my name and link to a site I built in my spare time, its intention to acquire and take legal action to elle.Ok two weeks ago, I laid off due to budget cuts. . . so now I can not say how much they make to society due to the plans below. And if potential employers in an interview to ask me if I like the website / program or run one on my own as a hobby, I can not show everything that my previous employer I feel like websites or money with him as a hobby. I am very upset and confused how Monday, My husband who took leave under the FMLA for MRSA (methicillin resistant staph) and associated breathing problems with how it affected his asthma. They basically ended up throwing out his notes, saying asthma wasn’t specific enough or good enough reason for 4 of the notes. . . I am pretty sure it wasn’t up to them, and he filed for the FMLA that covered the whole length of his illness.

Isn’t this illegal? Can I take legal action against this wrongful termination? I do not have a job, I am a stay at home mother of a 1 year old and this has put a horrible strain on us financially. I am so scared of losing everything. We never have been on any assistance programs, and now I am guessing we need to.

I have never had a lawyer, and never needed one, but I feel justice need to be taken against his horrible employers. should we sue if this is a serious offense? My whole world is coming down around me, and have no idea how to get the money for the holidays but most of all household bills. I would really appreciate if someone could give me a little advice. thank you.
