We just bought a nice Chevy HHR. The dealer worked through the MILES program (a military affiliated help organization) and got us financing. We were preapproved, so it was no big deal. We signed the bill of sale, sales contract, provided proof of insurance, and signed the loan contract. They handed us all of our copies, including the title signed over to us with the paperwork to have th lien go to the bank listed on the loan contract. My wife (the military member) was interviewed by the MILES program service center before giving the dealership the OK to do the loan. As far as we are concerned, the MILES program approved the loan, we signed all contracts, made the down payment, and got the title and bill of sale. We even received a $900. 00 check from the dealership for the sales taxes. (common practice in Missouri) Now, 7 days later, they tell us they are having problems with the financing. They originally told us they would give us the $900. 00 check after they received the bank wire transfer. They gave us the check, but there is still problems with the financing. With a bill of sale, title signed over, lienholder info for the title, and financing contract, can the dealership tell us to return the car? How could they provide a financing contract with USBank on it if the loan was not approved?
The finance contract is a binding contract. The bill of sale is complete. The title is signed over to us. All paperwork shows that financing was approved, and the car was transferred to us, and the title was to be liened to US Bank. Nowhere on the finance contract does it say anything about conditional or pending approval.

What could she possibly contribute? She can’t even speak properly. . . . Okay, you right wingers want proof, I know. So here you go, from her mouth to our ears: A few examples of what this ex-governor of Alaska had to contribute:
