I bought a plasma TV in line with the airline reward program merhcant affiliates. I paid about $ 1750 for television. The transaction has been completed and had the receipt. The operation was good that the TV is about $ 2,300 elsewhere, so I thought I would reach agreement and jumped on it. I called the next day to confirm the order and was told that the TV should arrive in two weeks. 11 days later after the order, I received an email telling them to cancel my order and not ship the TV due to a pricing error on its website. They returned my money and apologized and refused to honor the price. During this waiting period, I bought the plasma and got into my room and spent $ 350. 00 in anticipation of the television. So suffer from such damage. Oddly enough, make another mistake and end up shipping the TV for me after all! Now I have the TV, they returned the money and I’m willing to pay the initial price requested. We are in dispute. Do I have a case? District Court?
