Fitch Begins Annual Review of U.S. ABCP Programs
NEW YORK—-Fitch Ratings places all 46 U.S. asset-backed commercial paper program ratings ‘Under Analysis’ as the annual review process for the programs is initiated. Over the coming weeks, Fitch will evaluate the collateral risk, counterparty exposures, and imbedded structural protections for the programs based on the year-end reports provided by the issuers.
