FMC receives grant worth $50,900
For the seventh year in a row, Flagstaff Medical Center’sTherapy Services Department has received a grant from the PhoenixAffiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The $50,900 grantwill provide treatment to breast cancer survivors who suffer withlymphedema, a painful side effect that affects approximately 20percent of women who have undergone breast cancer treatment.
